Calls upon the residual energies of those that died in a set of ruins. All living creatures in area who make a Fort save are shaken for 1 rd and a new save is required each rd in the storm. Those that fail become obsessed with ghosts swirling around them. They can make only a single move act per turn and lose DEX bonus to AC.
