1.01 - Name change
Added new class called "Cleric (FR)". This class gets all standard Cleric spells, plus a set of spells that in Players Guide to FR became spells available only to various Initiates.
Need to verify if Initiates exist in MoFR, and if they do then this can be replaced by an equivalent to the Initiate classes used in PGtFR.
Mods to Paladin are done to Paladin_Base to support non-lawful paladins (in Compl. Divine).
